By now, CUPE 3911 members are probably aware that our Bargaining team has come to a Tentative Agreement with AU on a new Collective Agreement, with several improved terms. A Ratification vote is now under way!

Voting will be done electronically and is open from Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 2 p.m. until Friday, September 22, 2023 at 6 p.m.
On Friday, September 8, 2023, you will have received an email containing details on how to vote. This email contains your “elector-id” and “password” that is specific to you only. You must enter this elector-id and password to cast your ballot.
Look for this email from the sender: vote@simplyvoting.com. Be sure to check your “junk/spam” folders to ensure that you do not miss this email and the opportunity to vote!
